2020 Running Goal - Update #19

I started May planning to run exactly 50 minutes per day, hoping to average somewhere around 5.5 to 6.0 miles. So far, so good. I had one day where I had no energy, so I didn't get very far. But other than that, I'm feeling good with my effort and energy.

I am officially under 1,000 miles now, with only 994.63 miles left to run in the year. With the increased daily run time, I'm also finally starting to decrease my mileage deficit. Today is the 130th day, so at 4.10 miles per day, I should be at 533 miles to be on pace. I am at 505.38, so only 27.62 miles behind (or roughly 6.7 running days).
