All right, January 2020 is officially in the books, and I'm happy with my current mileage totals. In fact, I ran my most miles ever in a January month with about 15 miles more than my previous PR. I'm off to a pretty good start here, considering the yucky weather I have to deal with. I missed a total of four running days which means I have to make up 16.4 miles over the rest of the year. With 31 days in January, I should be at 127.10 miles. I ended up with 118.66, so that's only a deficit of 8.44 miles. Most of my January running days, I did a little more than the 4.1 miles and four of those days I did a 10K, so those little extras all added up to help chip away at my overall mileage goal. So, I guess, we'll see what February brings. I have to go outside and run today yet.
