Wow, this is my 50th running update this year. And I am so close to the 1,200 mile barrier that it is giving me the willies. I'm still injured. My (currently) mild groin hernia isn't causing any pain, but I can *feel* its presence. So, that is basically all I can think about while running. I have to check on it every half mile or so to make sure I haven't made it worse. I really hope that running won't make it worse. But what can I do? If I don't run or exercise, that makes my body and mind feel bad in another way. So, I have to run something, even if it is a little one mile jaunt.
