2018 Running Goal - Update #30

Well, some days I feel worn down and other days I feel just fine. Today, I felt fine and finished a 7.3 mile run. To even have a chance to get my secondary goal of 200 miles this month, I'm going to need to pound out 7 miles every day until the end of July. Basically, if I can run a decent pace for one hour straight, I can get it. Only 11 more after today. I am staying optimistic and taking one day at a time. No real injuries to worry about, just a few aches here and there. I am over 100,000 calories burned for the year, and it is really exciting to see I have less than 470 miles to go for my 1,234 mile goal and five whole months left.
