Today is the last day of 2018. So, now is a good time to review my personal records (PRs) that I accomplished this year. I ended up running the last few days to try to stay in shape for next year, so my mileage total has gone up since the last post. Otherwise, long story short, it looks like I made improvements in my long runs, but just couldn't get faster times in the short ones.
1K = no change, still at 3:54 from 2016 (my best attempt was 4:02 in 2018)
1M = no change, still at 6:32 from 2017 (my best attempt was 6:35 in 2018)
5K = no change, still at 21:44 from 2017 (my best attempt was 22:30 in 2018)
10K = no change, still at 47:53 from 2017 (my best attempt was 48:40 in 2018)
Half-Marathon = 5 minutes and 11 seconds faster, 1:45:23 down from 1:50:34 in 2017
Full-Marathon = never been attempted
Farthest Distance = 1.19 miles farther, 16.20 up from 15.01 in 2017
Total Yearly Distance = 1,263.58 miles in 2018 up from 1,000.05 miles in 2017
