2018 Running Goal - Update #29

Today is my 50th day in a row of running. It is also the halfway point of July, and coincidentally, also my halfway point to my goal of 100 days in a row. Since it is July 15th, I decided to do a 15K (9.3 miler). I felt pretty good, but was tired at the end. I tried to work on my slow and steady breathing throughout the run. The sun was out most of the time with the humidity pretty high. My shirt became useless around mile 5 because it was completely soaked. I see I am just shy of 100,000 calories burned on the year, and I am under 500 miles left in my yearly goal of 1,234 miles. This is all good news.
