2018 Running Goal - Update #20

I completed a 7 miler tonight, but it was a long time coming. I've been nursing an injury on the bottom of my left foot, near the big joint in my second toe.  I may have injured it last Saturday sprinting on a school track during a middle school track meet. The foot pain was annoying and would hurt me just about every step. But finally today, it felt much better, and I didn't let the chance get away. The sun was out, a breeze was blowing, and I was running. I have a lot of mileage to catch-up. I'm only at 46.10 miles for this month with 14 days to go to get 103. That averages out to about four miles each day for rest of the month. We'll see how it goes.
